"I have ridden motorcycles (BMW and Harley) for over 30 years all over North America. I had been in the market for another BMW and was somewhat hesitent due to the lack of strrong dealer support system. Once I visited this dealership and got to know the staff, my fears where set aside. These folks remind me of the early days when the dealers made the customer feel like a part of the family and knew how to take care of business.
While I did not purchase my BMW from them, they have never treated me any differently. They have always stepped up and took care of my needs in an expert manner. I cannot express how much of a positive impression that their actions has left with me.

"We bought a 2010 used, like new ducati from an out of state owner, he then referred us to pandora's as they were the dealer that he bought it from. Upon arriving at the dealership the entire staff was curtious and on top of their game. They took us in of of the street with no forward notice and treated us as we belonged. They were upbeat and motivated yet very technically proficient. "

"I was on a road trip from West TN to the mountains of NC, TN and GA when my 14 year old Beemer broke down near Chatt. There I was, on the side of the road in a frog chocking rain storm, the weeks ride looking like it will be a different kind of adventure than I was expecting.
Using an iPhone app I found Pandora's was the closest BMW dealer to my point of failure. I gave them a call for some ideas on recovery. Their Shop Manager, Thomas, suggested a tow service near me and said he would be waiting for my arrival. As it turned out it took quite a while for me to get my crippled bike to them. Thomas and Master Tech Randy stayed late to meet me on arrival to address the issue. It turned out to be more complex than they anticipated. So my stay was going to be an unplanned over night in Chatt.
Justin lent me a NEW K1600 GTL to take to a hotel for the night.
How can one beat treatment like staying late AND giving me a new bike to use!!
The next day turned into a parts issue. There goes another day in my ride! To my surprise and gratitude they offered to provide a demo bike for me to use for a few days while my bike was being tended to!
Now that is service way above and beyond!!!
Thank-you Justin, John, Thomas and Randy for being excellent examples of how we are meant to treat one another. You saved my ride and have earned a dedicated fan.

I want to thank all of the crew at Pandora's for the hospitality I was shown while getting my bike repaired on my way to Columbus, Ohio from Fort Myers, FL. Each of you are the definition of what being an MOA member is all about!!
Justin; I want to thank you for following up with me the evening before to make sure I had a place to stay and get me into your service department the next morning. I want to thank Randy, your BMW technician who took great pains to keep my cost down and get me safely and securely back on the road, never to have another issue. I never felt for a moment I was putting anyone out, and nothing taste better than that. I especally want to thank your parts man, Dave and his Wife Erin for their hospitialty of providing a place for me to stay overnight as there was NO ROOM IN ANY INN! Of course I didn't know he was your parts man when I called him out of the MOA anomymous book! Amazing! You have a wonderfull Place, people and dealership. You all represent the MOA in an excellent way, and after seeing your inventory of BMW motorcycles it looks like BMW is getting a good deal having you represent them too!

"How many times have you ever had a motorcycle dealer send you a card when you were sick? I recently had a health scare and thought i'd kept it private. The next thing i knew, i had THE MOST AWESOME "Get Well" card EVER!!! And guess who it was from ...'PANDORA'S MOTOR SPORTS, Owners AND Staff ... with personal notes from EVERY SINGLE ONE! It shoutdn't have surprised me becaue they ARE a delaership with heart;; they love motorcycles but they also love the PEOPLE who RIDE them!!! ... "You need Triumph. It would be nice to have a dealer that represented Triumph as well as you all do BMW and Ducati. Your staff seems to have a true passion for motorcycling, it's refreshing. If I buy a new bike, it will be from Pandora. In the mean time, take on Triumph so that I can feel good about who my money goes to for parts and service.
