Craig has been riding motorcycles since he was 8 years old. He is an enthusiast and has a passion for high quality machines that go fast and look good doing it. He has experience with several brands of motorcycles and he hopes that will help bring good diversity to the shop. He has been involved in several bike builds that have been published in Easy Rider, V Twin news, Motorcycle Product News, American Bagger and has been featured on American Thunder. Craig is looking forward to meeting the many dedicated BMW and Ducati riders and participating in the up coming events and track days hosted by Pandoras.
KYLE MCCOY **WHOLESALE ACCOUNTS MANAGER**
Kyle is a longtime European motorcycle enthusiast and rider. His passion for all things BMW began at an early age. His first ride was on the back of a GS through the streets of Eagle River, Alaska, and he as been spoiled by BMW excellence ever since. That passion grew even more after living and studying in Germany during college (BMW macht Spaß!). His current ride is a customized ‘01 R1100R, which provides high levels of comfort and performance on the diverse Southeastern roads. He has had experience as a Service Advisor and Parts Manager for BMW, Ducati, and other major European manufacturers. A Chattanooga native, Kyle is looking forward to providing premium service to his hometown riding community.
ROBERT ZORN (BUSA DOC) **DUCATI TECHNICIAN**
Robert has been riding bikes from five years old and never gave up on it. He is known by many as 'The Busa Doc'. His love for two wheels will always have handlebars. He has been racing for fifteen years and working on motorcycles for twenty six years. He has worked with two racing teams and as well as developed his own. His first real job was wiring on cars; rebuilding starters and alternators...rewiring automobiles at 12 years old. His motto is to do the right thing the first time and to do his job the best he can for his customers. Road racing and drag racing are his passions, and those passions make him a better mechanic.
RANDY CONNER **MASTER BMW TECHNICIAN**
Randy rode his first bike in 1974 and has been an avid rider ever since. He has been servicing motorcycles and riding steady since 1980. Randy is a Master certified BMW technician and has experience wrenching on other makes of motorcycles in addition to BMW. He has raced and ridden dirt bikes, ATVs, and street bikes over the years and enjoys passing on his experience by helping by helping other riders set up and maintain their bikes. Randy will be glad to help you get the most enjoyment and comfort from your ride.
LORA ERIE **COMPTROLLER**
Lora didn’t ride her first motorcycle until she was 36-years old, proving that it’s never too late to start!She’s spent most of her accounting career in dealerships, making the move from cars to motorcycles in 2009.She spends most of her time at Pandora’s counting beans and hanging out with Pepper.

PEPPER **SHOP MASCOT**
Pepper trotted into the parking lot of the shop in October of 2009. She had been on the streets for some time and had long hair and nails...she smelled and looked like she was living in a dumpster. Justin ended up taking her to the groomer and then to the vet. That evening she went home with John Prann and they've been inseperable ever since. Pepper has been through a lot, we've even rescued her from a kidnapping attempt earlier this summer! Pepper's current ride is John's 2006 K1200LT, which she rides on the gas tank. She also has her own Facebook page, which is nice.
