I am pleased to announce that Saturday, March 27th will be our much anticipated Grand Opening Event. I�ve had the pleasure of seeing most of you in the shop over the past six months, and have had the even greater pleasure of riding with a lot of my customers. However, it is time to follow tradition and formally celebrate the opening of the highest rated premium European motorcycle dealership in the Southern Region. Normal shop hours will apply to the event (10am � 4pm). A snapshot into the events planned:

Some important points to remember:

All demo riders must wear proper riding gear (helmet, jacket, gloves)

All demo riders must have a valid motorcycle endorsement on their license, as well as proof of insurance.

All cars will be directed to the Kmart lot across the street. I will have security guards patrolling the customer cars, as well as aiding at the cross walks, and directing motorcycle traffic in the parking lot of Pandora�s.

Pandora�s Riding Seminars are a pre-sign up feature only; two classes will be held, size is limited to 10 riders per class, street legal endure motorcycles only. (details on page two)

PANDORA�S EUROPEAN MOTORSPORTS RIDING SEMINARS

Pandora�s European Motorsports is pleased to announce our inaugural GS riding seminars planned for Saturday , March 27th to be taught by Rick Trimble. Rick�s experience includes motocross, hare scrambles, enduro, and most recently, National Vintage Observed Trials competition; also, as a Trail Riding Instructor through Baylor School as far back as the early �70�s. He has been kind enough to put together a riding curriculum that will not only empower our customers to leave as better riders, but also let us get more comfortable with the boundaries of our machines (at slow speeds). These seminars are for Dual-Purpose street legal machines up to and including the BMW 1200GS.

Grand Opening special enrollment price: FREE

The morning class will start at 10:30 am and go until 12 noon. All participants need to be in the parking lot of Pandora�s ½ hour before the class starts for a brief overview by Rick. From there, kickstands up and the class will ride to the Pandora�s Adventure Training Park (2.5 miles away). The afternoon class will start promptly at 1:30 pm and end at 3pm (as with the morning class, please be here at the shop ½ hour early.)

The classes are structured to cover three key riding techniques; riding while standing on the pegs, slow speed control, and log crossing.

Standing on the Pegs: Standing on the pegs is an important part of riding through loose gravel, sand, grass, and dirt. This technique can be applied to numerous other riding conditions as well.

Slow Speed Control: There are many many instances in Dual Sport Adventure riding where picking your way through a trail is not only smart, it is necessary. Rick will reinforce the techniques necessary to spot obstacles, pick your line, and execute short radius turns.

Log Crossing: Whether it be adventure riding, woods riding, or just exploring fire roads, every rider is going to come across an obstacle in the form of a felled tree that will need to be crossed. Rick�s obstacles will start with novice difficulty level and increase toward advanced. By the end of the session, you will be surprised at what you can climb over with your bike.

Rick has proven to be a vital asset to our Dealership, his knowledge of local roads and trails was the key to the success of our January CTF Event. As the riding season progresses Rick will be expanding his seminars in complexity. Stay tuned for future Pandora�s Riding Classes that Rick will be teaching at our expanding facility.

We will be taking pictures of the riders throughout the seminars and will be happy to email them to the participants.

Introducing Pandora�s January 2010 STREET vs DIRT Capture the Flag event.

This will be the first of many Pandora�s events designed to provide customers the opportunity to use their machines as they were designed by the manufacturers. All bike make and models are welcome.

Secondary purpose of this event is to dial in suspension of customer bikes (I will explain further below).

There will be two teams, �Street� and �Dirt�. Both teams will depart from the parking lot in the same wave, we will all ride together to and up Suck Creek until our routes fork, at which time the Dirt team will split off into Prentice Cooper, and the Street team will continue on around the mountain to find their flag. This is not a race, but the winning team will be the one that makes it back to the shop with the flag first�. In the name of competition I have designed the routes to be near equal time-wise (2.5 hrs.) All team members must be in the parking lot before they are considered to have �returned� with the flag. Each member of the winning team will be entered into a raffle for a free Scorpion helmet.

I will have a flag hidden on each route, the object is to locate and take possession of the flag, one rider from the team must ride with the flag displayed back to the shop� again all riders from each team must be in the shop parking lot in order to have fully �returned�.

The flags can only be located by GPS Coordinates, which I will provide the morning of the event. I know most of you have GPS Units; we will also have Pandora�s Demo bikes in each team that are equipped with such hardware.

As a complimentary feature we will be offering to set up suspension of customer bikes from

8-9:00am before we depart the parking lot. After the event Customers are urged to provide our Tech team with feedback so we can further adjust settings to your liking. The purpose of this is to help Customers not only improve their riding skills but also extract the most potential out of their machines.

Note this event is a fair weather event, if Saturday the 23^rd is poor weather we will reschedule for Sunday the 24t^h�..if the weekend is a wash then we will push it to another weekend.
