I had been searching for a few months for a Speed Triple that suited my needs. I found a 2014 Triumph listed and contacted the dealership. From the 1st contact with Christian inquiring about it, to the delivery a few days later, the experience was easy. I live 2 hours from Pandoras, Christian and the sales, finance team were exceptional handling my needs throughout the process. My first visit to the location, my friend and I talked how it felt like somewhere we would spend a Saturday hanging out. Everyone was welcoming. A few days later, I was picking up my bike, I felt just as welcomed as before. I am happy to be a part of their community and will continue to be for any and all of my future motorcycle needs. I would recommend and encourage anyone and everyone to make the same choice and become a part of the Pandoras family of customers.

When I first visited this establishment, I noticed there was plenty of bike in the building that where actually for sale. (I had visited a neighboring shop and was shocked at what little inventory the had) So when I walked in to see all these bikes for sale, I immediately was happy. The first smiling face to meet me was Christian. He immediately showed me a KTM that was exactly what I was looking for. (Naked bike). After a quick discussion on the bikes newer technologies we cam to an agreement! Another cheerfully face to deal with: Karla was next on the list to meet, seeing as she had to work out how I was going to pay for it. She whip out all her forms that she prepared super quick. IN LESS THAN A HOUR I HADE A NEW BIKE!!! Woo Hoo. Last but not least I met up with the GM Matt Welch. This dude is a straight up professional but, he puts out a genuine vibe that says Were here for you!,What else can we do brighten you day?,How about a cup of joe?. In summary, before you waste your time running around town, stop here at Pandoras European Motorsports. Quite frankly this is what old school customer service was all about!

Just had my 2015 BMW R1200RT in for diagnostic service; throttle issues and going into limp mode. Made an appointment and showed up on time. Service manager was ready to receive me. Helped me unload my bike from trailer and got it right up on the rack. He kept me informed of the progress. Within a couple hours they had my issues resolved. I have since taken a ride for couple hours and performance is great. During my wait, I had time to peruse the showroom. Very impressive inventory of the various makes they carry. I was cordially greeted by the staff; no pressure at all, but freely answered all my questions. I was very impressed with this dealership. I will definitely call on them for any future needs as well as potential future trade-in.

I want to give a BIG thanks to the parts and service department of Pandoras Motorsports especially Justin and Dillon and any and all others who helped me out to get tires for my 1985 K100RS.
I was visiting friends and touring in and around the Chattanooga area from Colorado. Due to additional miles I did not plan on riding on my trip I was not sure I had enough rubber to get back safely.
I Called several places with no luck due to my tire size availability. Even though Pandora did not have my tire sizes in stock they went the extra distance to locate, order and set an appointment to mount them for me to head back on time and have peace of mind on my trip back.Robert Shellum, Parachute, CO -
Stopped in to have a tire replaced and ordered some accessories while I waited. Serviice was GREAT! One of the parts I ordered was not in stock. I was told it would be shipped to me when it came in. Over a month later no part.

My K1600B Grand America is a little over one year old and went in for it's 6,000 mile service. The bike also had some warranty work that needed to be addressed. The service department handled everything like a well oiled machine and it was an absolute joy dealing with the Pandora personnel. Truly glad I bought my bike here. I was on a cross country trip between Denver and Richmond Va when my battery went dead in Chattanooga. Although I was more than dismayed at these turn of events my BMW information gave me the address of Pandoras BMW just 6 miles from my hotel. A quick call to their service department and I was in their que as soon as my bike was towed to the store. Wonderful service, friendly staff ( and other customers) and very quick. I am from Frankfort, Indiana. I found the 2011 BMW R1200RT on the website when I was searching for a replacement motorcycle. I called and was put in contact with salesman Keel Irvin. We spoke, emailed, and texted for several days. We got the details worked out and on February 23rd I flew down to Chattanooga. Keel picked me up at the airport and took me to my hotel. Saturday morning he picked me up at the hotel and took me to the dealership. I took the bike for a test ride and it "sputtered" a little on the test ride. (The bike had been sitting for quite awhile). The service department did a couple checks and put fresh gas in it. I took another test ride, all was OK. Did the paperwork and I was off. Headed North to Frankfort for a 7+ hour ride, 3+ hours of it in the rain. The two times I stopped for gas the bike "sputtered" again. I made it home, a little wet, but happy with my new bike. I spoke with Keel and General Manager Matt Welch about the bike "sputtering". He said, "no problem, take it to your mechanic (Falcone Powersports, in Indianapolis) and have it looked at". They found a few small problems, NOTHING major. They made the repairs. Matt and Pandora picked up the billing for the repairs and the bike runs awesome...I am pleased with the bike, Keel, and Matt. I was 7+ hours away and they took care of the bike as if I were in Chattanooga. I would not hesitate to purchase another bike form Pandora's European Motorsports.Thank You Pandora staff.Dan Webb

Best buying experience hands down. Craig and Maria were great. I think I drove Craig crazy for almost 3 months trying to decide on trading my Triumph in on a BMW or not. When the end of the year incentives rolled around I decided to pull the trigger. Craig and I worked the whole deal out over the phone to include my trade. With the bad weather and cold Craig had the bike delivered to my home in Murfreesboro and picked up my trade. All the paperwork and bike orientation was handled in my garage. I haven't met Craig or a Maria in person but when I do I will shake their hands. Why bother buying anywhere else. I love my 2017 R1200 GS Adventure.Thank youPandora

Just purchased 2012 Kawasaki Concours 1400 last week . This is my second bike from Pandoras and on my most recent transaction ther was an unforeseen issue with the bike, with that said . They instantly responded and fixed the bproblem. Thank you for your service . A special thanks to Matt in the parts Department for his attention to the custermer, as I was on my way to pick up my new bike. Matt saw me riding with my visor half up and me wiping the inside of my face shield . When I entered the store he offered to look at my Shoie helmet. He was able to offer parts to fix it . I have a 1998 triumph adventurer. as you may have guessed by know, not very easy to find parts. But the people here at Pandoras have been able to find many parts I have needed, from spokes to a new seat and every thing else I have needed. So I would tell any in a spot like I am to try Pandoras first for the hard to find items. I have tried Triumph USA. and they did not have what I needed, but Pandora did.

Pandora's is the ONLY place to buy a motorcycle! I talked to Craig about mine about 2 weeks ago and I went down and picked it up yesterday! From the minute that I walked in I felt like I had known him for 5 years! I was walking back to where it was parked and I was pleasantly greeted by Justin and they made me feel right at home! Paul and Terry (in Parts) both called me back about a helmet for my Son and made sure that they were ordering the EXACT MODEL that he had selected! I was asking about a coat and pants for myself and Terry asked me what I was going to be wearing it for before making a professional decision! He just didn't try to sell me something that I didn't need! I am an Allstate Agent in Morristown and I bought my 2007 BMW F800ST to ride it to and from work. Maria took care of my financing for me so well that all I needed to do was sign my name 1 time where I missed it on the paperwork that she overnighted to me and I was done! Craig spent 1 hour going over all of the features of the 2010 S1000RR so I would know everything that I needed to know and ALOT more so I would be confident and careful on my "TEST RIDE"! I spent 4 hours talking to everybody about it and the gear that I am going to buy from them for my Christmas present! If you wanting a bike or any gear Pandora's is the "ONE STOP SHOP"!! After cruising motorcycle shops for a few months I narrowed my choice down to three models, two of which are carried by Padora's: KTM 390 Duke and Husqvarna Svartpilen 401. Chris offered test rides for both of them but there was no Husky on the floor, so I waited a day for the shop to uncrate and prep a bike for me to test ride, and I chose the Svartpilen. I'm happy with my choice. Thanks to Chris for getting me a better trade in exchange than I had been offered by others and just being friendly and helpful. Also thanks to Karla for getting all the paperwork done in a bang up fashion. She actually remembered me as a customer from a previous career so we had a lot to chat about as the work was being done. Overall great experience and I'm now having fun on my new bike.
